1. Overview of Gear Box

• Production Process

-Customized heavy-duty gearbox/high-speed gear reducer includes reducer case/body/housing, transmission spare parts such as gears, gear shafts, bearings, washers and other spare parts.

-Reducer case/body/housing can be produced by casting or by steel plate welding.

-Transmission spare parts-spur/helical gears, gear shafts

-Assembly test

-After assembling all spare parts, we will do a transmission test to check whether each spare part (such as gears and shafts) can match well. According to the working sound, we make some adjustments to ensure that our large gearbox/reducer can work properly and have a long service time.

-Packing and delivery
