一. Description

The Spur Gear is a gear whose tooth profile is straight and parallel to the axis. Its characteristic is that the tooth surface has no inclination Angle along the axis, and all the teeth are perpendicular to the rotation axis. This design allows the spur gear to have a short contact line when engaged, which usually produces a larger noise, but performs well in low-speed, high-torque application scenarios.

三.Production process

1. Forging

Maximum13000 Tons Oil hydraulic press

Through forging, the internal structure of the ingot can be more dense and the mechanical properties are better.

2.Rough machining

The rough machining of the gear can make the shape and dimensions preliminary forming, improve the subsequent processing efficiency, reduce the finishing load, and can make the hardness distribution of the product more uniform after heat treatment, and better comprehensive mechanical performance.

3.Heat treatment

We have our own heat treatment workshop.

All of 6 sets of equipment are well-electric furnace and complete quenching medium(Oil,Salt water, Water, Sythetic quenching medium)

The heat treatment of the gear can increase the hardness of the product, improve the strength and toughness, eliminate internal stress, prevent deformation in subsequent processing or use and extend the service life of the product.

4.Finish- machining

It is of great significance to finish the gear, which can improve the dimensional accuracy, improve the surface quality, ensure the assembly accuracy, enhance the bearing capacity, extend the service life, and meet the application needs of specific working conditions.

5.Inspection

The significance of gear testing is to ensure that its quality and performance meet the design requirements, so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mechanical equipment. It can control product quality, evaluate product performance, ensure product safety, meet drawings and customer requirements, and enhance customer satisfaction.
