- Rough machining
When the module of the gear shaft is greater than 25, we will add a process – rough teeth. In this way, the hardness and strength of the tooth surface are more uniform and the mechanical properties are better in the subsequent heat treatment
- QT
A: Well electric furnace: through radiation heating, the parts can be heated very evenly, it not only can protect the environment, but also can effectively reduce the deformation of the workpiece. As our leader, an engineer who has been engaged in mechanical manufacturing for 42 years said the biggest problem in mechanical manufacturing is deformation, the deformation of the workpiece can be minimized by heating it in the well furnace;
B: The quenching medium complete: oil, synthetic quencher, water and salt water. According to different materials and process requirements, we will use different medium for quenching and cooling at the fastest cooling speed allowed for the part, and then tempering to achieve the best mechanical properties;
C: Large cooling capacity, there are 450 tons of synthetic quencher and water respectively and we add the cooling circulation system, then the large spare parts can be heat treated;
D: Special furnace:this furnace only has this one workpiece.
- Hobbing
Hobbing is a common and important process for manufacturing helical gear shafts, which can ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the gear transmission, higher production efficiency, improve the surface finish of the product (which has a positive impact on reducing friction, improving lubrication and extending the life of the gear), and improve the mechanical properties of the product.
- Inspection
According to customer requirements, in addition to dimensional inspection, UT inspection, chemical composition inspection and hardness inspection, MT is also required to ensure that there are no defects inside and outside the product.
